Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. No Physical Returns

Because our products are sold for research use only and must remain controlled and uncompromised, we do not accept returned products under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Opened products
  • Unopened products
  • Products ordered in error
  • Products no longer needed

Returned shipments sent without authorization will not be accepted or processed.

2. Refunds & Replacements (When Applicable)

While we do not accept returns, we are happy to review requests for a refund or replacement if one of the following applies:

  • You received the incorrect product
  • Your order arrived damaged during transit
  • Your shipment was lost by the carrier
  • There was a verified fulfillment error on our part

Each request is reviewed individually.

3. Reporting an Issue (Required Timeframe)

To be eligible for a refund or replacement review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

4. Resolution Process

If a request is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement shipment, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law
  • Replacement shipments for verified errors may be shipped at no additional cost

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

7. Improper Use or Handling

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for issues resulting from:

  • Improper handling after delivery
  • Use inconsistent with labeled purpose
  • Regulatory or legal restrictions in the customer's jurisdiction

Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful purchase and use.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Dispute submission with supporting documentation
  • Account restriction or refusal of future service

Delivery confirmation and order records may be shared with payment processors.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
