Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment

Research Use Only. All products sold by n1Aminos are research compounds intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. These products have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). No statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing offered here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you agree these materials will not be administered to or used in any human or animal.

1. Nature of the products.

All items sold by The Daily Goods Collective LLC and N1 Wellness, LLC ("we," "us," "n1Aminos") are research compounds and reference materials supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are sold "as is" for that purpose and no other.

2. Not for human or animal use.

The products are not intended, labeled, packaged, or sold for human or veterinary use; for ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any introduction into the body of any human or animal; or for use in any food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, or medical device. You agree you will not use them, or permit them to be used, in any such manner.

3. No FDA approval; no medical claims.

The products are not approved or evaluated by the FDA or any comparable authority. We make no representation that they are safe or effective for any purpose. We make no therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claim of any kind, and we do not provide dosing, administration, or usage guidance.

4. You are a qualified buyer.

You represent that you are at least 21 years old, are legally permitted to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction, and are acquiring them for legitimate research purposes only.

5. You assume all responsibility after delivery.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. You assume full and sole responsibility for the lawful receipt, handling, storage, use, transfer, and disposal of the products, and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use, misuse, or downstream distribution after delivery is solely your responsibility.

6. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Daily Goods Collective LLC and N1 Wellness, LLC and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your purchase, possession, use, misuse, or downstream distribution of the products.

7. Acknowledgment.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood this Acknowledgment, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, and that your agreement is given voluntarily.
